As a full-time producer you would help individuals, families, and small businesses with all if their insurance needs.
Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Create a network with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
for yourself to create good referral sources.
Process customer policy change requests.
Review policy coverages and identify cross sell opportunities.
Generate custom insurance quotes for prospects Follow up with customer, give sales pitch, close the deal, and follow up with new business process Job Requirements Excellent, interpersonal & communication skills A property & casualty license is preferred but willing to train & help a good fit obtain P&C License Possess a genuine willingness to learn about the industry, be goal oriented and sales driven.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Ability to work in fact paced environment while completing all tasks at hand Prior Sales Experience with proven track record Ability to help clients & prospects solve problems regarding new business, policy changes, and claims.
