As a member of our collaborative and cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and management of our financial crime prevention products, leveraging your deep domain expertise, strategic thinking, and strong product management skills.
What you'll do:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of financial crime product development, working closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in the field of financial crime prevention, ensuring our products stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, compliance, and sales, to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, industry regulations, and risk assessments, ensuring our products align with both market demands and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market trends to continuously improve product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions that maximize the effectiveness of our financial crime prevention solutions.
What you'll bring:
Strong domain expertise in financial crime prevention and an in-depth understanding of fraud detection, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, and risk management practices.
Excellent product management skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, prioritize features effectively, and manage the product development lifecycle.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging data analytics and insights to identify patterns, assess product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to align product strategy, gather feedback, and ensure successful product launches.

The annual salary range for this position is $168,000.
00-$252,000.
