3 Mount Kisco, NY Mount Kisco, NY Part-time Part-time $22 an hour $22 an hour Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Workforce Development (WFD) Assistant works to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
The WFD Assistant demonstrates knowledge of Richmond's quality mission, vision, and values.
In addition, this position actively participates in quality improvement projects (i.
e.
communicating issues, offering suggestions) to ensure ongoing excellence of services, programs and staff to maximize the quality of life for individuals supported by RCS.
Essential Job Functions Track and maintain the H1-B Process and provide weekly updates to the associated departments.
Coordinates clinical presentations for New Hire Orientation, including but not limited to presenter selection, logistics coordination, and material preparation/distribution.
Enroll candidates in New Hire Orientation and corresponding throughout their preliminary training process.
Provide daily updates on candidate progress to HR, assist New Hire with Relias, request buddy schedules from Managers, and send buddy schedules to new hires and confirm receipt.
Contributes to the overall success of recruitment and retention efforts by providing a high level of customer service throughout the Richmond onboarding process.
This includes but is not limited to phone follow-up, written communication, etc.
Submit bi-weekly New Hire Orientation payroll (includes VNHO and training hours within the new hire's starting date pay period).
Organize recording sessions and assist in preparing onsite/offsite locations for recording.
Administer training evaluations and report results to direct supervisor.
Review event bills for accuracy and approve payment.
(Training Media Studio) Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for consultants and vendors.
(Training Media Studio) Maintain records of event aspects, including financial details.
(Training Media Studio) Organize registration of event participants.
Promote conference, training, and presentation services by performing tasks such as meeting with subject matter professionals, I/DD professionals and producing brochures and other publications.
(Training Media Studio) Tracks individual training records for employees through the audit tool and learning management systems.
Maintains high quality standards for correspondence(s) sent to outside entities Prepares information packets, presentations, training materials, etc.
Coordinates details and makes all arrangements for meetings and training sessions, as assigned.
Ensures that all appropriate staff and others are informed of schedules and said arrangements via telephone or written communication, confirms attendance, and disseminates appropriate information/materials.
Updates the Agency calendar to reflect relevant events.
Compile data into an agency-wide table/graph, identifying expired/soon to be expired staff, communicating revisions, errors, or oddities with management.
Conduct employee Audit Tool edits following their completion of VNHO and separation adjustments with managers as per their request.
Performs all other relevant duties as assigned.
Work Schedule This position is a part-time position that is regularly scheduled to work 20 hours per week.
This position is considered to be exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements o Business/Secretarial School graduate preferred.
High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
RCS123 Pay:
$22 hourly.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
