System Support Specialist

The primary role of the System Support Specialist is to provide support within the Blue Cherry ERP with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
oIdentify and resolve daily operational issues within Blue Cherry ERP
oManage user security within Blue Cherry
oSetup and maintain application reports
oAssist with new implementation testing, version upgrades, and system modifications
oAssist with other ERP related tasks as requested
Skills and
Experience:
oMinimum 1 year in ERP application support role
oMust have strong analytical and problem solving skills
oKnowledge of retail/wholesale industry business process is a must
oBlue Cherry is a plus
oExperience using ERP, PLM, and supply chain applications
oBasic knowledge and familiarity with EDI
oMust have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
oMust demonstrate proficiency with all MS Office applications
oMust exhibit effective communication skills - both verbal and written
oMust be detail oriented, well organized, and exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
